At StarDust-SLC LLC, our topmost priority is customer satisfaction. From the moment you sign up for our services, we make sure to provide you with the best service care. Our team goes the extra mile to deliver an exceptional customer service experience. StarDust-SLC LLC suggests each client be clear and transparent about the cleaning service requirements. This will help our evaluation to be more accurate at the time of booking.

Please note that the prices, quotes, and online booking are provided as estimates only. These estimates may change if the cleaning areas are excessively dirty or not as originally stated during the booking process. In such cases, our cleaning staff may need to spend an excess amount of time on the areas, which can result in a change in the estimated price.

A 25% deposit and a card on file are required to secure booking.

All services are billed hourly and are subject to change based on completion time.

The Company charges a minimum of 2 hours per service and technician. Add-ons and other services also require a minimum of 1 hour per service and technician.

During the service, it's important that no other work is done, and no excess people are present in the house to ensure an accurate estimate.

Having other renovations in the house may impact cleaning time and cost.

At StarDust-SLC LLC, we prioritize the safety of our employees and clients. We do not utilize ladders, except for our exterior window washing technician. Additionally, we do not move items that weigh more than 35 lbs. to prevent any injuries. If you require cleaning behind heavy objects, kindly move them before our cleaning service.

If you request changes to your service after receiving your original estimate, additional charges may apply, or a new estimate may be required.

It's important to have your home free of clutter and prepared for cleaning. If the cleaning technicians require more time due to the home not being ready or if a job is underestimated because of the home's condition, hourly charges may be incurred.

It is necessary to request additional services in advance to allow us to schedule the required time and supplies.

Cleaners will not clean areas with clutter or hazardous material, including human and animal waste.

If you want your refrigerator inside to be cleaned, please make sure to remove all food items before the cleaning starts to prevent cross-contamination. The cleaners are not able to handle any food items.

StarDust-SLC LLC may refuse or terminate service due to safety, financial, or inappropriate concerns.

Our payment policy states that payment must be agreed upon before services are rendered and charged after the service is completed. In the event that payment is not received on the scheduled day, a $20 non-payment fee will apply. Furthermore, a 10% finance fee will be added on for payments later than 15 days and accrued monthly. Please note that we reserve the right to discontinue services until payment is made.

Either party may terminate services with 2 days' notice. All outstanding payments must be paid immediately.

We always take pictures before and after completing our work, which we use as training material and proof of performance. Additionally, we feature these pictures on our website as a promotion. You may check our website for examples of before and after photos. However, if you do not wish to have pictures taken of work areas in your home, kindly inform us at the time of scheduling your cleaning service.

For any changes to the cleaning schedule due to holidays or extreme weather conditions initiated by the company, we will make every effort to reschedule your cleaning as close to your regular cleaning date as possible or offer a full refund.

We do not handle bug infestations, bodily fluids, extensive grease, or fire damage. If our staff feels unsafe, they may leave, or we will remove them.

Please note that if we are unable to clean the entire space, the full cost of the cleaning will still apply.

StarDust-SLC LLC cannot guarantee the removal of stains caused by hard water build-up or lack of maintenance, such as rust or mildew.

We are not liable for damages resulting from improper installation or fault.

All surfaces, such as marble, granite, and hardwood floors, are assumed to be sealed and ready to clean without causing damage.

It is assumed that furniture placed on wood floors has adequate protection.

We understand the value of your personal belongings and take utmost care while cleaning your property. However, despite our best efforts, accidents can happen. In case of any breakage or loss of personal items, please inform us within 24 hours of the incident. Please note that our breakage policy does not cover antique, irreplaceable, hard-to-find, or similar items. We recommend that you remove such items from the cleaning area on the day of the service to avoid any potential damage.

No refund claims will be issued after the cleaning service is completed. If the Client is dissatisfied, they must contact the company within 24 hours to resolve any issues.

StarDust-SLC LLC does not use bleach for cleaning services. If a client requests the use of bleach, we cannot be held responsible for any damages it may cause.

Our lawn care service, Lawn Clippings, offers lawn removal upon request for an additional fee.

Please note that StarDust-SLC LLC does not take responsibility for any harm caused to animals, plants, or children.

StarDust-SLC LLC is a locally owned and operated company that relies mainly on recommendations from satisfied clients. We value your feedback and ask that you communicate with us if you have any concerns regarding the service disclaimer or a house cleaning experience with our company. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied every time we provide a service. If, within 24 hours after a service, you are not completely satisfied, StarDust-SLC LLC will come back and re-clean the specific areas at no additional charge to you.

By signing below, the client confirms that they have fully read, understood, and agreed to the contents of this agreement. This agreement will remain valid for future services unless there is an agreed-on change in services, fees, visits, or times.
